I spent a semester in London back in 2000 as Al Gore watched his electorate victory crumble under the weight of America's archaic electoral college. Or as G.W. would say: "electrical collage." The point is that I missed home, I was angry, and didn't like being away from my beloved Scarlet & Black. So I ended up mailing in a handful of cartoons called "Art Guy" which evolved (not very far, as you can see) from cartoons I drew in my notes during my Margaret Thatcher seminar. The first five are the surviving "final drafts" I mailed into the S&B, and the rest are originals, scanned from my London notebooks.
